Karma Yoga

Karma Yoga means selfless service to others. The traditional scriptures speak of yoga as an act of serving. In the modern days the whole concept of teaching Yoga has changed. For me Karma Yoga is still an essential part of the practice with serving as the purpose of this life.

We might not be able to help everyone but we can start with what we can do.
